Pack 240 is a Cub Scout Pack in West Hempstead, NY. We do lots of fun things all year long from weekly den meetings, to trips, to camping on the weekends. Den 11 is a group of Webelos who are in their 4th year of scouting. Here are some of their favorite moments in cub scouts.

"My favorite cub scout activity so far was the Staten Island Yankee game. We went last July and even took some of our family with us. Even though they lost we all had fun. It was all you can eat and boy did some of us eat a lot! The fireworks at the end were awesome. I hope we get to see another game this year!" -Michelle Graci Den leader

"My favorite cub scout activity was Blue and Gold. There was lots of music and dancing and my friends were there and we had delicious food. We saw the science dude do his magical things. The best part was when we saw the cub scouts go to boy scouts. I cant wait to run over the bridge next year". - Matthew Graci

"My favorite scout activity was the liberty science center. There was lots of cool stuff to see and do. I enjoy walking on the balance beams that was so high off the ground and operating the construction machines.The best was thing was I got to stay up really late with the other scouts and we got to play and goof around. I got to sleep on the floor in a really big room with friends it was awesome." -Ryan Narine

"My favorite activity was Blue and Gold. There was the science man I have no idea what his name was.My favorite song was "I'm sexy and I know it." I even got to eat my favorite food chicken fingers with fries. Everybody hit each other with the inflatable guitars . I think I hurt myself while hitting each other because the hard part of the guitar hit me on the cheek and it felt numb. That was one of the best times I ever had." -Ben Port

"My favorite cub scout activity so far was when I went camping overnight with some other scouts in New Jersey. I had a lot of fun with everyone. I got to spend a lot of time with my dad without my brothers. We played on a pirate ship. We ate eggs in a bag. I cannot wait to go camping again!!!!" -James Watterson

As you can see, we do many different things in Cub Scouts but they are always a lot of fun!
